4. Valid ID and payment proof handling

Access is limited to authorized River Edge staff or system administrators who need the information to review and manage a booking.
Guests should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive details beyond what is needed for verification.
5. Storage and security
We use access controls, private storage where appropriate, signed preview links, admin role restrictions, and internal audit records to help protect personal information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but River Edge takes reasonable steps to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

Booking, payment, inquiry, and admin records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, dispute handling, security, and legal requirements. Payment proof images are intended to be retained for a limited review period unless longer retention is needed for a dispute, audit, accounting, or legal purpose.

River Edge may use trusted technology providers for website hosting, database storage, image/file storage, authentication, and email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to support the booking system and related services.
